    Una vez tengamos la carne preparada y la sartén esté un poco caliente a fuego medio-alto.
  3. Añadimos la pieza de magret por la cara más grasosa, justo donde hemos realizado los cortes y tapamos la sartén con una tapadera durante unos 5 minutos.
  4. Mientras se acaba de hacer el pato, preparamos otra sartén a fuego medio-bajo sin aceite, done una vez se caliente iremos añadiendo las tortitas para que se doren un poco.
  5. Cuando veamos que el pato coge un color oscuro, con cuidado le damos la vuelta para que se dore un poco por la hora parte.

    Lo dejaemos otros 5 minutos por la otra parte.
  6. Ahora debemos cortar el pato en láminas de unos 2 cm cada una aproximadamente.

    Con un cuchillo afilado y sin sierra a poder ser para ratar lo mejor psoible la carne.

    Finalmente, ya solo nos queda montar la tortita con un poco de cebolleta, pepino, unas láminas de pato y un poco de salsa Hoisin.
